This plan is a matrix of actions designed to provide relevant responses to the problems facing the cocoa sector in general, and SODECAO in particular. It aims to address the problems of the sector in relation to: \n<\/p>                        <\/div>\r\n                        <div class=\"action-btn\">\r\n
